With Trobbit, we will implement Lucas Bot, an Artificial Intelligence chatbot, expert in Human Resources, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to directly support end users of our Human Information System®, with this, we will serve a population close to 500,000 state employees, who through our clients, present their requests and concerns to the Human Resources departments on various topics related to Payroll and Human Resources.
Thanks to Trobbit’s Lucas Bot and the intelligent conversations it can maintain, it will provide answers to frequently asked questions about each entity’s processes, as well as regulations; additionally, it will support payroll inquiries such as providing pay stubs, vacations, and overall, any information that can be obtained through our system.
